A 30K point to point run along the shores of Lake Apopka on the Lake Apopka Scenic Trail. Individual and relay competition is available.
SommerFest, an inspiring Family Health & Fitness Festival at the World Triathlon Destination, Clermont Waterfront Park. Activities begin with the Girlz on Fire Women's Sprint Triathlon and 5K, and conclude with the Bra Run 5K that evening.
All entry fees go directly to New Beginnings of Central Florida, a 501(c)3 that serves the homeless, hungry and poor through homeless rehabilitation programs, food pantries and local services. All registered runners receive a free breakfast. After the race, enjoy the all-day festival, which includes stage entertainment, a kid’s zone, dragon boat races, canoe sprints, and many food and craft vendors.
